The Computer Science Program is an academic transfer program for students intending to complete a bachelor’s degree in
computer science at a four-year university. The curriculum emphasizes computer science, mathematics, and general education
core courses. Computer scientists work as software engineers for applications, software engineers for systems, researchers,
systems analysts, and database administrators.
The program is designed to result in an associate’s degree in computer science and meets the general
education requirements at all Idaho public universities. Course selection should be coordinated to meet the requirements for
your intended transfer institution.
